AI recruitment for US SaaS companies.

SaaS Rec gives clients direct access to me as the person leading each search. My focus is practical: recruiting senior AI builders for US SaaS companies without wasting time on broad, unfocused recruitment activity.

Before SaaS Rec, I worked with DataArt, a software development business, helping build teams for startup clients from early prototypes and proof of concept work through to rapid team scaling during growth. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how startup teams change as the product, funding and hiring needs develop.

I work directly with founders, CTOs and product leads, particularly where the business needs high-value AI hires across AI engineering, infrastructure, GenAI, AI agents, NLP, computer vision and AI solutions.

I also build and maintain a pooled network of AI-focused SaaS candidates, so I am not starting from zero every time a client has a priority hiring need.

I regularly travel to the United States to meet clients, build relationships and understand each company’s culture, growth stage and hiring priorities. From a London time zone base, I can support recruitment across East Coast, Central and West Coast time zones.

Outside work, I follow football, or soccer in the US, and play padel tennis, which is still growing in America but already hugely popular across Europe.
