Before SaaS Rec, I worked with DataArt, a software development business, helping build teams for startup clients from early prototypes and proof of concept work through to rapid team scaling during growth. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how startup teams change as the product, funding and hiring needs develop.

I regularly travel to the United States to meet clients, build relationships and understand each company’s culture, growth stage and hiring priorities. From a London time zone base, I can support recruitment across East Coast, Central and West Coast time zones.
Outside work, I follow football, or soccer in the US, and play padel tennis, which is still growing in America but already hugely popular across Europe.
